Dive into our dazzling deep-sea dream at the 2025 Midnight Moon Awards on Saturday 8 November. We’re taking the Hilton Birmingham Metropole under the sea for a night of incredible food, vibrant entertainment and the main event: our awards! 

Want to discover the bounty of the seven seas and how you can take away one of the coveted Awards? Watch this space as we’ll be announcing all Award categories very shortly. We’ll be reviewing each nursery based on the following criteria from now through to the event in November – that gives you plenty of time to make some waves.

THE VENUE

The Hilton Birmingham Metropole is a 4-star luxury hotel next to Birmingham’s NEC and just ten minutes away from Birmingham International Train Station and Birmingham International Airport. The Hilton has played host to numerous Award Shows over the years and with it’s elegant and sophisticated décor, it is the perfect choice for this year’s Midnight Moon Awards.

FAQ's

Will there be a seating plan?

Yes, there will be a seating plan and we will do our best to accommodate nursery teams to be sat together.

What is the dress code?

Colourful and classy! Check out the theme and go for it!

Will I need money?

A drinks reception and table drinks will be provided, however if you would like further refreshments, a cash bar will be available.

When will ticket sales close?

Ticket purchases will close on 12th September and after that date no changes or refunds will be made.

What if I need to cancel my ticket?

We understand that circumstances change, which is why you will have until tickets close to change your mind. Once ticket sales are closed, any purchased or complimentary tickets that are cancelled, will be charged at the full ticket price. This is to cover costs associated to each ticket.

By confirming your attendance at the Midnight Moon Awards, you are agreeing for live photography and videography during the evening. If you would rather not be included, please make it known to the events team.
