Our Early Years Professional of the Year award now includes our valued apprentices, recognising the incredible, positive impact they have within our network. This award is therefore open to EYPs, playworkers and apprentices who demonstrate passion, dedication and a commitment to making a real difference in the lives of children and families.
With over 1,000 staff in our network, we’re searching for an individual who stands out. Someone who embodies the Banana Moon mission and values, creating a magical and nurturing environment and inspiring children to dream big. They’re compassionate, kind and empathetic, with exceptional communication skills with children, parents and colleagues. They’re also flexible, ambitious and responsive to the ever-changing needs of the nursery.
Our winner will be someone who has truly made an impact – whether through building trusting relationships with children and their families, supporting development or going above and beyond to achieve the best outcomes for our children. They actively invest in their own professional development (CPD) and showcase exemplary practice to colleagues, parents and external visitors.
