This accolade will be presented to a franchisee who is both proactive and effective, demonstrating a commitment to the Banana Moon ethos at all times. They will follow all the advice and tips provided by Head Office and will never be afraid to pick up the phone and ask a question. We’re looking for franchisees who encourage their team to be proactive and support them in the running of the nursery.
The recipient of the award will bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table that can be shared with the whole network. They will regularly attend training sessions to ensure they’re up to date with legislation, policies, procedures and branding. They will be proactive in using the Design Dock or filling in marketing request forms via the Hub. Most importantly, they will follow the Banana Moon model at every step.
