For our ‘Nursery Management Team of the Year’, we’re looking for teams that ensure the smooth success of their setting and also work hard to achieve top marks in their audits, meeting the highest standards in all areas.
Our winning team will be dedicated to creating a vibrant experience for children, parents and staff alike! They will demonstrate commitment to the Banana Moon curriculum and ethos at all times. They will attend training on a regular basis and support the rest of their team in engaging with all the advice and tips provided by the Early Years Department team. Finally, they will use the Hub to its maximum potential: checking for regular updates, completing tasks in a timely manner and communicating on the forum to share tips and best practices.
