In recent years, we’ve had some amazing nominations within settings – this year, we’re really looking for standout nominations outside of your nursery/the Moon Crew!
The Over the Moon Award celebrates someone who has gone above and beyond to reach their goals. They ooze Banana Moon/Moon Crew ethos and passion in every area and are always willing to change up our existing initiatives and pioneer new ones. They’re enthusiastic and passionate about helping our little ones’ imaginations run wild!
The recipient of the award is a shining example of a true brand ambassador, noticed not only within their own setting, but in the wider network too. They actively contribute at network meetings, engage on the Banana Moon forum and help create a strong sense of community within the network. They are always working on their development, regularly attending training to learn, grow and stay up to date with new legislation, policies and procedures. They’re inquisitive and proactive in asking questions and referring to the resources on the Hub.
A true trailblazer in their setting, they’ve received wonderful feedback from their team and parents – and their efforts have certainly not gone unnoticed!
