This accolade will be presented to a Franchisee who demonstrates unwavering commitment and passion to their nursery business and the Banana Moon Franchise.
The winner will be both proactive and effective, demonstrating a commitment to our ethos at all times. They will follow all the advice and tips provided by the Franchise Support Office and will never be afraid to pick up the phone and ask a question. We’re looking for Franchisees who encourage their team to be proactive, and support them in the running of the nursery.
The recipient of the award will bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table that can be shared with the whole network and will actively participate in franchise events. The recipient will consistently demonstrate brand compliance, follow the business model and engage with all available franchise support. They will regularly attend training sessions to stay up to date with legislation, policies, procedures and branding. They will also make full use of resources such as the Design Dock and marketing request forms via the Hub.
